Process
The exhibition and video captures the creative process of nine participating artists, who freely explore their artistic endeavors without being confined by any specific format. The theme of the video revolves around "Carte Blanche," which signifies the delegation of full authority (the power to do anything). Moreover, it portrays how each artist expresses their creations through different interpretations using bakery ingredients tailored to their individual tastes, from the perspective of Munumi Bakery.
NR BAKERY encompasses the creations of the nine participating artists, including bakery products, ceramic plates, illustrations, display shelves, and sound mixes. It is located online and can also be experienced and tasted at a temporary offline pop-up store.
