Process

In pursuit of refining their Mediterranean cuisine and creating a more comprehensive experience, "WeSaladu” embarked on a decade-long journey starting at Ewha Womans University. To achieve this goal, they launched “Wesaladu Dining”, a new establishment at their Yeonnam branch. However, their second location encountered limitations due to the existing name “Wesaladu Dining," which incorporated the word "salad," restricting the representation of the diverse array of Mediterranean dishes that they aspired to offer under their brand.

Along with brand renewal with new name, “AMIN”, they aspire to present a rich selection of Mediterranean delicacies and foster a dining experience anchored in the diverse facets of Mediterranean culture.
